Saunas and More is an authorized dealer for the products offered on this website. Product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer. Coverage, duration, conditions and exclusions vary by manufacturer and, in some cases, by product or component.
The warranty documents linked below provide detailed information for each of our brands. The applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply in all cases.

If you already own a product and believe you have a warranty claim, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs or video where relevant. We will work with you and the applicable manufacturer through the warranty process.
