Warranty Coverage

Products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft carry a 5-year limited warranty for normal residential use (terms apply), beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user customer.

For a valid warranty claim, replacement parts are provided at no charge. The warranty is parts only and does not cover service, labor or installation costs. Replacement of a part does not extend the original warranty period.

This tab summarizes the main warranty provisions to help you understand your coverage. The applicable Dundalk LeisureCraft manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply in all cases. Heaters & Other Third-Party Products

Products offered by Dundalk LeisureCraft but manufactured by another company are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty rather than the Dundalk 5-year residential warranty.

Warranty periods therefore vary by product. For example, sauna heaters may carry separate manufacturer warranties depending on the brand and model.

All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement will void the applicable warranty.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage or care instructions.

Care & Maintenance

Proper installation and ongoing maintenance are required to preserve warranty coverage. Please follow the installation, usage and care instructions supplied with your product.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Dundalk LeisureCraft product has developed a problem covered by warranty, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs or other supporting information where relevant.

We will work with you and Dundalk LeisureCraft through the applicable warranty process.

Shipping Cost & Coverage

Shipping is included in the product price for most Dundalk LeisureCraft orders within the contiguous United States. Orders for $3,500 or more incur a $200 shipping charge, which is added at checkout.

Some remote, island or difficult-to-access locations may require additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable. If you have any concerns about your delivery location, please contact us before placing your order.

For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Availability & Shipping Time

Dundalk products may be made to order and delivery times can vary. After you place your order, we'll confirm the expected fulfilment timeframe with Dundalk. We will not take payment until we have completed this check. If fulfilment will take longer than anticipated, we'll contact you to discuss your options before taking payment.

Once your order ships, we'll notify you by email and provide available tracking information. All delivery timeframes are estimates.

Arranging Your Delivery

The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Please make sure the telephone number you provide with your order is correct and look out for calls or messages from the carrier.

Preparing for Delivery

Saunas: Please plan for delivery and unloading before ordering your sauna. Your sauna will be packed in a crate and delivered by freight truck to the end of your driveway or curbside. Most deliveries are made using an 18-wheel truck. Please make sure a truck of this size can access your road or neighborhood and has sufficient space to turn around. The driver will not back the truck into your driveway.

The freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck. You are responsible for arranging unloading.

Sauna crates can be approximately 6–14 feet long and weigh 800–1,600 lb, depending on the sauna.

• For crates under 84 inches (7 feet), the carrier may have a liftgate that can assist with unloading. Please confirm this with the carrier when delivery is arranged.
• For crates over 84 inches (7 feet), there will not be a liftgate and you will need to arrange a suitable method of unloading.

Suitable unloading arrangements may include using a forklift or other mechanical equipment, arranging for a tilt tow truck to collect the crate from the local freight terminal and deliver and offload it at your property, or having a crew of helpers available to either take the sauna off the truck or unload the crate while it is still on the truck until the crate can be lifted off.

If using a forklift, the crate must be picked up from the end and forklift extensions are required.

Tiki Bars, Outdoor Showers & Outdoor Furniture: These products may be smaller than Dundalk saunas when packed for delivery. However, depending on the product and delivery vehicle used, many or all of the same delivery access and unloading considerations described above may still apply. When the freight carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, please discuss the size of the shipment, delivery vehicle and how the product will be unloaded so that you can make suitable arrangements in advance.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect the shipment carefully when it arrives.

If the shipment arrives damaged or open, do not refuse the delivery. Please accept it. Take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage, and write “Crate arrived open/damaged - possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or other delivery documentation provided by the carrier.

Please obtain a copy or photograph of the completed delivery documentation and contact us as soon as possible at sales@saunasandmore.com so that we can work with you and Dundalk to resolve the situation.

Delivery Does Not Include Installation

The freight carrier will not assemble or install your product.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

INTRODUCTION AND DISCLAIMER

Saunas and More is an authorized Dealer for the products offered on this website. All products are supplied and shipped directly from the applicable Manufacturer to the customer, and for any returns that may be applicable, products will be shipped directly back to the manufacturer.

Saunas and More does not store or handle products at any time.

The Refunds and Returns policies followed by Saunas and More reflect those of the applicable manufacturers. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is a discrepancy between the policies in place at a manufacturer and those provided herein, the current policies in place at the manufacturer will always prevail and will be followed by Saunas and More.

The role of Saunas and More in any potential or confirmed Return scenario, or an instance of missing or damaged goods, or similar problem, is to provide support to the customer and act as liaison between the customer and Manufacturer. Any applicable refund will normally be paid by Saunas and More to the customer rather than directly by the manufacturer.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed on the Saunas and More website. If your card payment has not been processed by the time the cancellation request is reviewed by a member of staff at Saunas and More, no charge will be applied for the cancellation. If the card payment has already been processed, a refund will be given after deducting a 4% card transaction fee to cover payment processor fees.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER PLACED

If for any reason you want to cancel your order after the 24 hour cancellation window described above has passed but before the order has been delivered, this will be treated as a Return and all aspects of the 20 Day Return Policy detailed below must be followed once the order has been delivered. This includes all procedures, terms and charges detailed therein. Under no circumstances should you attempt to refuse delivery once the product arrives.

Cancellation should be requested by sending an email to sales@saunasandmore.com.

20 DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you wish to Return your product after it has been delivered (or to cancel the order more than 24 hours after it was placed, as per the “CANCELLATION MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER PLACED” section above), please send a request by email to sales@saunasandmore.com within 20 days of receiving your order.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to refuse delivery.

The following charges will apply and be deducted from any refund given: -

(1) New, Unopened (original packaging): -

(i) Original outbound shipping cost that was paid by Saunas and More to the manufacturer, plus

(ii) A Return shipping charge equal to 120% of the original outbound shipping cost;

(2) Opened, assembled, but never used (original packaging): -

(i) Original outbound shipping cost that was paid by Saunas and More to the manufacturer, plus

(ii) A Return shipping charge equal to 120% of the original outbound shipping cost, plus

(iii) A re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price paid;

Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances if the product has been used.

Once your request has been received and approved, we will liaise with the manufacturer to obtain return shipping details, and a shipping label will be provided to you.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to ship the product yourself, to any location. Returns can only be shipped in line with the details and shipping label that will be provided to you.

Returns will only be accepted at the manufacturer's chosen premises as per the shipping label that will be provided to you. Under no circumstances can Saunas and More accept returns at our office mailing address or any other location.

If your request for a Return is received more than 20 days after delivery, it will not be possible to process a return.

MEDICAL SAUNAS

5 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your Sauna for whatever reason, you may request a return of the product by contacting us by email at sales@saunasandmore.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery. We will then liaise with the manufacturer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and organise for the product to be collected and shipped back to the manufacturer’s warehouse.

Please do not attempt to return the product to any location yourself. Returns can only be shipped directly back to the manufacturer.

And please note that under no circumstances can Saunas and More accept returns at our business mailing address or any other location.

All items for return must be in their original condition and packaging. Because a sauna which is opened and even installed is no longer new, it cannot be resold. For this reason, only unopened packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned sauna must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request and must include any documentation such as operating manuals as may have been included with the original delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up.

Customers are responsible for the full cost of both outbound and return shipping, regardless of what you were charged, if anything, for outbound shipping when you placed the order, plus a 20% restocking fee.

If at the time you request a Return your order has not yet been delivered, under no circumstances should you attempt to refuse delivery. This will cause delays and addition costs to the customer for processing the Return (at the discretion of the Manufacturer). Please accept the delivery then await return shipping pickup which will be arranged for you.

After the returned product has been received by the manufacturer, they will inspect it, and if everything is in order, the applicable refund amount will then be issued to us. We will then issue the applicable refund to the customer.

Please allow a minimum of 30 days between requesting the Return and receiving your refund (subject to the conditions detailed above).

Please note that Commercial and Custom saunas are not eligible for Returns or Refunds.

DUNDALK SAUNAS

No Returns or Refunds are allowed with Dundalk Saunas and other Dundalk products.
