However, from time-to-time manufacturers may change the electrical specifications of their products. If you are in any doubt or need clarification, please contact us before ordering your sauna. It is better to be safe than sorry. NOTE - The White Glove installation services offered with some saunas do NOT include any changes to your electrical system that may be needed. For this you will need to source an independent electrical contractor if applicable.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Medical Saunas provides limited manufacturer warranties for its sauna products. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable and begins on the date of delivery.
This tab summarizes the main warranty provisions to help you understand your coverage. The applicable Medical Saunas manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply in all cases. Residential Warranty
Medical Saunas provides a 3-year limited residential warranty (terms and component-specific coverage periods apply).
Power box: 3 years
Heating elements: 2 years
Wood structure, remote and control panel: 1 year
Parts and labor are covered for the first 90 days from the date of delivery. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for labor and shipping costs.
The residential warranty applies to indoor residential use only. Use of a residential sauna for commercial purposes will void the residential warranty.
Commercial Warranty
Medical Saunas provides a 1-year limited warranty for commercial saunas (terms apply).
Warranty Registration
Your warranty must be activated within 60 days of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, sauna maintenance or refinishing, damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse or accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or relocation or reinstallation from the original installed location.
Other exclusions include water damage resulting from failure to clean the sauna after each use, natural surface cracks caused by wood expansion and contraction, damage caused by animals, liquids, mold, stains or unsanitary conditions, and products with defaced or removed serial numbers.
Electrical damage caused by power surges or failure to use a surge protector is not covered.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your sauna has developed a problem covered by warranty, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs or video where relevant.
Proof of purchase will be required, and an RMA number may be issued if a return or replacement-part shipment is necessary. We will work with you and Medical Saunas through the applicable warranty process.

Shipping
Shipping Cost & Coverage
Shipping is included in the product price for most Medical Saunas orders within the contiguous United States.
Some remote, island or difficult-to-access locations may require additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable. If you have any concerns about your delivery location, please contact us before placing your order.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Availability & Shipping Time
Medical Saunas orders usually take approximately 2–4 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the model, availability of stock and any applicable build time. However, delivery times can vary.
After you place your order, we'll confirm availability and the expected fulfilment timeframe with Medical Saunas. We will not take payment until we have completed this check. If stock is unavailable or fulfilment will take longer than anticipated, we'll contact you to discuss your options before taking payment.
Once your order ships, we'll notify you by email and provide available tracking information. All delivery timeframes are estimates.
Arranging Your Delivery
The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery day and time. A signature is required when your order is delivered.
Please make sure the telephone number you provide with your order is correct and look out for calls or messages from the carrier.
Preparing for Delivery
Your sauna will be delivered by freight with liftgate service. The carrier will unload the crate or crates from the delivery truck to the curbside of your home.
You are responsible for moving the sauna from the delivery point to its final location. Please arrange for at least two people to be available to move the delivered items from curbside to the location of your choice in your home or garden.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible after delivery to make sure that your order is complete and to identify any visible damage.
Do not refuse delivery for any reason. Please accept the shipment even if damage is visible.
If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.comwithin 24 hours of receiving your delivery. For damaged items, please include clear photographs with your email so that we can work with you and Medical Saunas to resolve the situation.
Delivery Does Not Include Installation
The freight carrier will not assemble or install your sauna. If White Glove Installation is available for your chosen product, it is only provided where the service was selected at the time of placing your order. After your sauna has been delivered, you will be contacted separately to arrange the installation.

Returns and Refunds
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing sales@saunasandmore.com.
If payment has already been processed, a 4% card-transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
Cancellation after 24 hours is not guaranteed. If the product has not shipped, we will ask Medical Saunas whether cancellation is still possible. Any approved cancellation will be subject to the 4% card-transaction fee where payment has been processed.
Once the product has shipped, cancellation will be handled as a return and the applicable shipping and restocking charges described below will apply.
14-Day Return Request Period
For an eligible product, you must email sales@saunasandmore.com within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return.
All returns require prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship or arrange the return of a product until Saunas and More has confirmed approval and provided the applicable instructions.
Once authorization is issued, you must cooperate promptly with collection or return-shipping arrangements and comply with all deadlines contained in the return instructions. Failure to do so may make the return ineligible for a refund and may leave you responsible for any additional costs caused by the delay or non-compliance.
Return Eligibility
Eligible standard residential saunas and cold plunges may be returned only if they:
remain unopened, unused and unassembled;
have not been removed from their original crate;
remain in their original cartons, packaging and condition;
include all original parts, accessories and documentation; and
are secured on the original crate for freight collection.
Products that have been uncrated, opened, assembled, installed or used are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
Commercial saunas and custom products are non-returnable. Custom products include made-to-order traditional saunas, private-label products, non-standard models and products modified to a customer’s specifications.
This restriction does not remove the remedies available where a product arrives damaged, contains missing parts or has a defect covered by the applicable warranty.
Return Charges
For an approved return after shipment, the refund will be reduced by:
the actual outbound shipping cost;
the actual return-freight cost; and
the actual restocking charge imposed by Medical Saunas, capped at 25% of the product purchase price paid to Saunas and More.
Outbound shipping costs remain deductible even where shipping was included in the original advertised purchase price.
Return Process
Your return request should include your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the request. We may request photographs or other information needed to confirm eligibility and obtain the RMA.
The product must remain safely stored in its original condition and packaging while authorization and freight arrangements are being obtained.
Refunds
A refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected and Medical Saunas has confirmed that it remains eligible and in resalable condition. Applicable shipping, restocking and other authorized deductions will be taken from the refund.

However, from time-to-time manufacturers may change the electrical specifications of their products. If you are in any doubt or need clarification, please contact us before ordering your sauna. It is better to be safe than sorry. NOTE - The White Glove installation services offered with some saunas do NOT include any changes to your electrical system that may be needed. For this you will need to source an independent electrical contractor if applicable.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Medical Saunas provides limited manufacturer warranties for its sauna products. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable and begins on the date of delivery.
This tab summarizes the main warranty provisions to help you understand your coverage. The applicable Medical Saunas manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply in all cases. Residential Warranty
Medical Saunas provides a 3-year limited residential warranty (terms and component-specific coverage periods apply).
Power box: 3 years
Heating elements: 2 years
Wood structure, remote and control panel: 1 year
Parts and labor are covered for the first 90 days from the date of delivery. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for labor and shipping costs.
The residential warranty applies to indoor residential use only. Use of a residential sauna for commercial purposes will void the residential warranty.
Commercial Warranty
Medical Saunas provides a 1-year limited warranty for commercial saunas (terms apply).
Warranty Registration
Your warranty must be activated within 60 days of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, sauna maintenance or refinishing, damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse or accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or relocation or reinstallation from the original installed location.
Other exclusions include water damage resulting from failure to clean the sauna after each use, natural surface cracks caused by wood expansion and contraction, damage caused by animals, liquids, mold, stains or unsanitary conditions, and products with defaced or removed serial numbers.
Electrical damage caused by power surges or failure to use a surge protector is not covered.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your sauna has developed a problem covered by warranty, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs or video where relevant.
Proof of purchase will be required, and an RMA number may be issued if a return or replacement-part shipment is necessary. We will work with you and Medical Saunas through the applicable warranty process.

Shipping
Shipping Cost & Coverage
Shipping is included in the product price for most Medical Saunas orders within the contiguous United States.
Some remote, island or difficult-to-access locations may require additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable. If you have any concerns about your delivery location, please contact us before placing your order.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Availability & Shipping Time
Medical Saunas orders usually take approximately 2–4 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the model, availability of stock and any applicable build time. However, delivery times can vary.
After you place your order, we'll confirm availability and the expected fulfilment timeframe with Medical Saunas. We will not take payment until we have completed this check. If stock is unavailable or fulfilment will take longer than anticipated, we'll contact you to discuss your options before taking payment.
Once your order ships, we'll notify you by email and provide available tracking information. All delivery timeframes are estimates.
Arranging Your Delivery
The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery day and time. A signature is required when your order is delivered.
Please make sure the telephone number you provide with your order is correct and look out for calls or messages from the carrier.
Preparing for Delivery
Your sauna will be delivered by freight with liftgate service. The carrier will unload the crate or crates from the delivery truck to the curbside of your home.
You are responsible for moving the sauna from the delivery point to its final location. Please arrange for at least two people to be available to move the delivered items from curbside to the location of your choice in your home or garden.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible after delivery to make sure that your order is complete and to identify any visible damage.
Do not refuse delivery for any reason. Please accept the shipment even if damage is visible.
If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.comwithin 24 hours of receiving your delivery. For damaged items, please include clear photographs with your email so that we can work with you and Medical Saunas to resolve the situation.
Delivery Does Not Include Installation
The freight carrier will not assemble or install your sauna. If White Glove Installation is available for your chosen product, it is only provided where the service was selected at the time of placing your order. After your sauna has been delivered, you will be contacted separately to arrange the installation.

Returns and Refunds
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing sales@saunasandmore.com.
If payment has already been processed, a 4% card-transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
Cancellation after 24 hours is not guaranteed. If the product has not shipped, we will ask Medical Saunas whether cancellation is still possible. Any approved cancellation will be subject to the 4% card-transaction fee where payment has been processed.
Once the product has shipped, cancellation will be handled as a return and the applicable shipping and restocking charges described below will apply.
14-Day Return Request Period
For an eligible product, you must email sales@saunasandmore.com within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return.
All returns require prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship or arrange the return of a product until Saunas and More has confirmed approval and provided the applicable instructions.
Once authorization is issued, you must cooperate promptly with collection or return-shipping arrangements and comply with all deadlines contained in the return instructions. Failure to do so may make the return ineligible for a refund and may leave you responsible for any additional costs caused by the delay or non-compliance.
Return Eligibility
Eligible standard residential saunas and cold plunges may be returned only if they:
remain unopened, unused and unassembled;
have not been removed from their original crate;
remain in their original cartons, packaging and condition;
include all original parts, accessories and documentation; and
are secured on the original crate for freight collection.
Products that have been uncrated, opened, assembled, installed or used are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
Commercial saunas and custom products are non-returnable. Custom products include made-to-order traditional saunas, private-label products, non-standard models and products modified to a customer’s specifications.
This restriction does not remove the remedies available where a product arrives damaged, contains missing parts or has a defect covered by the applicable warranty.
Return Charges
For an approved return after shipment, the refund will be reduced by:
the actual outbound shipping cost;
the actual return-freight cost; and
the actual restocking charge imposed by Medical Saunas, capped at 25% of the product purchase price paid to Saunas and More.
Outbound shipping costs remain deductible even where shipping was included in the original advertised purchase price.
Return Process
Your return request should include your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the request. We may request photographs or other information needed to confirm eligibility and obtain the RMA.
The product must remain safely stored in its original condition and packaging while authorization and freight arrangements are being obtained.
Refunds
A refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected and Medical Saunas has confirmed that it remains eligible and in resalable condition. Applicable shipping, restocking and other authorized deductions will be taken from the refund.
Damaged, Incomplete or Defective Products
