SAUNA HEATERS - INTRODUCTION
We offer several different types of heaters for our Dundalk Leisurecraft saunas. Choose the convenience of an electric heater, or for a more remote installation, a wood burning heater could be just what you need.
All models are made by established, reputable manufacturers.
Not all heaters are a good match for all saunas, depending on the size and features of the sauna. You will be required to select your desired model in one of the drop-down boxes at the top of the sauna product page when placing your order and for each sauna only the recommended heaters for that sauna will be shown in the dropdown.
Please note – we only sell sauna heaters as an add-on to a sauna order. Heaters are not sold separately. However, you may order a sauna without any heater if you wish.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft carry a 5-year limited warranty for normal residential use (terms apply), beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user customer.
Installation at a rental property, including an Airbnb or VRBO, is treated as residential use for warranty purposes.
For a valid warranty claim, replacement parts are provided at no charge. The warranty is parts only and does not cover service, labor or installation costs. Replacement of a part does not extend the original warranty period.
This tab summarizes the main warranty provisions to help you understand your coverage. The applicable Dundalk LeisureCraft manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply in all cases. If you need assistance with a warranty issue, please contact us and we will work with you through the warranty process.
Heaters & Other Third-Party Products
Products offered by Dundalk LeisureCraft but manufactured by another company are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty rather than the Dundalk 5-year residential warranty.
Warranty periods therefore vary by product. For example, sauna heaters may carry separate manufacturer warranties depending on the brand and model.
All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement will void the applicable warranty.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage or care instructions.
Care & Maintenance
Proper installation and ongoing maintenance are required to preserve warranty coverage. Please follow the installation, usage and care instructions supplied with your product.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Dundalk LeisureCraft product has developed a problem covered by warranty, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs or other supporting information where relevant.
We will work with you and Dundalk LeisureCraft through the applicable warranty process.
Shipping is included in the product price for most Dundalk LeisureCraft orders within the contiguous United States. Orders for $3,500 or more incur a $200 shipping charge, which is added at checkout.
Some remote, island or difficult-to-access locations may require additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable. If you have any concerns about your delivery location, please contact us before placing your order.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Availability & Shipping Time
Dundalk products may be made to order and delivery times can vary. After you place your order, we'll confirm the expected fulfilment timeframe with Dundalk. We will not take payment until we have completed this check. If fulfilment will take longer than anticipated, we'll contact you to discuss your options before taking payment.
Once your order ships, we'll notify you by email and provide available tracking information. All delivery timeframes are estimates.
Order Changes, Delivery Changes & Storage
Any requested order or delivery change is subject to feasibility and approval and cannot be guaranteed.
A $350 change charge applies once an order has been in Dundalk's system for 14 days or if a change is requested within seven days of the scheduled ship date. Changing the delivery address after shipment also incurs a $350 charge.
If a customer-caused delay requires Dundalk to store the order at its factory, storage is charged at $35 per day. Storage at a local freight terminal is charged at a minimum of $35 per day. Storage and order-change charges are separate and may both apply.
Arranging Your Delivery
The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Please make sure the telephone number you provide with your order is correct and look out for calls or messages from the carrier.
Preparing for Delivery
Saunas: Please plan for delivery and unloading before ordering your sauna. Your sauna will be packed in a crate and delivered by freight truck to the end of your driveway or curbside. Most deliveries are made using an 18-wheel truck. Please make sure a truck of this size can access your road or neighborhood and has sufficient space to turn around. The driver will not back the truck into your driveway.
The freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck. You are responsible for arranging unloading.
Sauna crates can be approximately 6–14 feet long and weigh 800–1,600 lb, depending on the sauna.
For crates up to 84 inches (7 feet), a liftgate may be available to assist with unloading. Please confirm this with the carrier when delivery is arranged.
Crates longer than 84 inches cannot be unloaded using a truck liftgate, so another suitable unloading method must be arranged.
Suitable arrangements may include:
Renting a forklift, telehandler or other suitable lifting equipment.
Collecting the crate from the local freight terminal using a suitable trailer.
Hiring a local specialist trucking or tow company, or a lumber yard with suitable equipment, to collect the crate from the terminal, deliver it and unload it.
Arranging a local tilt-tow truck to collect, deliver and offload the crate.
Having sufficient helpers available to unload the components by hand, but only if the driver permits this. Manual unloading is not recommended and requires advance planning and sufficient assistance.
If using a forklift, the crate must be picked up from the end and forklift extensions are required.
For delivery to a commercial address, a loading dock or suitable unloading equipment must be available.
Tiki Bars, Outdoor Showers & Outdoor Furniture: These products may be smaller than Dundalk saunas when packed for delivery. However, many or all of the same access and unloading considerations may still apply. When the carrier contacts you, please confirm the shipment size, delivery vehicle and unloading arrangements.
Delivery Video
This official Dundalk LeisureCraft video provides useful visual guidance on receiving and unloading a large crate. Please remember that delivery is to the curbside or end of your driveway, manual unloading requires the driver's permission and is not recommended, and any damage must be reported directly to Saunas and More. The written shipping terms on this page and in our Shipping Policy remain authoritative.
Please inspect the shipment carefully when it arrives.
If the shipment arrives damaged or open, do not refuse the delivery unless Saunas and More has expressly instructed you to do so. Accept the shipment, take clear photographs of the packaging and visible damage, and write “Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or other delivery documentation.
Obtain a copy or photograph of the completed delivery documentation and contact us as soon as possible at sales@saunasandmore.com.
Any missing components or transit damage discovered after delivery must be reported to us within 20 days of receiving the shipment.
An unauthorized refusal of delivery does not constitute a cancellation or approved return and may make you responsible for resulting storage, rerouting, shipping and other applicable charges.
Delivery Does Not Include Installation
The freight carrier will not assemble or install your product.

Returns & Refunds
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Dundalk orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Any cancellation request must be emailed to sales@saunasandmore.com.
If your card payment has not been processed when we review your request, no cancellation charge will apply. If payment has already been processed, your refund will be reduced by a 4% card-transaction fee to cover payment-processing costs.
No Returns or Refunds After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour cancellation period, Dundalk products cannot be cancelled or returned and are non-refundable. This applies to Dundalk saunas and all other Dundalk products.
Refusing delivery is not a cancellation or approved return and may result in additional costs. Please follow the delivery instructions in the Shipping tab.
Damaged, Incomplete or Defective Products
Transit damage, missing components and product defects are handled separately from voluntary returns. Please see the Shipping tab for transit damage or missing components, and the Warranty tab for product defects and warranty claims.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft carry a 5-year limited warranty for normal residential use (terms apply), beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user customer.
Installation at a rental property, including an Airbnb or VRBO, is treated as residential use for warranty purposes.
For a valid warranty claim, replacement parts are provided at no charge. The warranty is parts only and does not cover service, labor or installation costs. Replacement of a part does not extend the original warranty period.
This tab summarizes the main warranty provisions to help you understand your coverage. The applicable Dundalk LeisureCraft manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply in all cases. If you need assistance with a warranty issue, please contact us and we will work with you through the warranty process.
Heaters & Other Third-Party Products
Products offered by Dundalk LeisureCraft but manufactured by another company are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty rather than the Dundalk 5-year residential warranty.
Warranty periods therefore vary by product. For example, sauna heaters may carry separate manufacturer warranties depending on the brand and model.
All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement will void the applicable warranty.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage or care instructions.
Care & Maintenance
Proper installation and ongoing maintenance are required to preserve warranty coverage. Please follow the installation, usage and care instructions supplied with your product.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Dundalk LeisureCraft product has developed a problem covered by warranty, please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs or other supporting information where relevant.
We will work with you and Dundalk LeisureCraft through the applicable warranty process.
Shipping is included in the product price for most Dundalk LeisureCraft orders within the contiguous United States. Orders for $3,500 or more incur a $200 shipping charge, which is added at checkout.
Some remote, island or difficult-to-access locations may require additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable. If you have any concerns about your delivery location, please contact us before placing your order.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Availability & Shipping Time
Dundalk products may be made to order and delivery times can vary. After you place your order, we'll confirm the expected fulfilment timeframe with Dundalk. We will not take payment until we have completed this check. If fulfilment will take longer than anticipated, we'll contact you to discuss your options before taking payment.
Once your order ships, we'll notify you by email and provide available tracking information. All delivery timeframes are estimates.
Order Changes, Delivery Changes & Storage
Any requested order or delivery change is subject to feasibility and approval and cannot be guaranteed.
A $350 change charge applies once an order has been in Dundalk's system for 14 days or if a change is requested within seven days of the scheduled ship date. Changing the delivery address after shipment also incurs a $350 charge.
If a customer-caused delay requires Dundalk to store the order at its factory, storage is charged at $35 per day. Storage at a local freight terminal is charged at a minimum of $35 per day. Storage and order-change charges are separate and may both apply.
Arranging Your Delivery
The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Please make sure the telephone number you provide with your order is correct and look out for calls or messages from the carrier.
Preparing for Delivery
Saunas: Please plan for delivery and unloading before ordering your sauna. Your sauna will be packed in a crate and delivered by freight truck to the end of your driveway or curbside. Most deliveries are made using an 18-wheel truck. Please make sure a truck of this size can access your road or neighborhood and has sufficient space to turn around. The driver will not back the truck into your driveway.
The freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck. You are responsible for arranging unloading.
Sauna crates can be approximately 6–14 feet long and weigh 800–1,600 lb, depending on the sauna.
For crates up to 84 inches (7 feet), a liftgate may be available to assist with unloading. Please confirm this with the carrier when delivery is arranged.
Crates longer than 84 inches cannot be unloaded using a truck liftgate, so another suitable unloading method must be arranged.
Suitable arrangements may include:
Renting a forklift, telehandler or other suitable lifting equipment.
Collecting the crate from the local freight terminal using a suitable trailer.
Hiring a local specialist trucking or tow company, or a lumber yard with suitable equipment, to collect the crate from the terminal, deliver it and unload it.
Arranging a local tilt-tow truck to collect, deliver and offload the crate.
Having sufficient helpers available to unload the components by hand, but only if the driver permits this. Manual unloading is not recommended and requires advance planning and sufficient assistance.
If using a forklift, the crate must be picked up from the end and forklift extensions are required.
For delivery to a commercial address, a loading dock or suitable unloading equipment must be available.
Tiki Bars, Outdoor Showers & Outdoor Furniture: These products may be smaller than Dundalk saunas when packed for delivery. However, many or all of the same access and unloading considerations may still apply. When the carrier contacts you, please confirm the shipment size, delivery vehicle and unloading arrangements.

Please remember that delivery is to the curbside or end of your driveway, manual unloading requires the driver's permission and is not recommended, and any damage must be reported directly to Saunas and More. The written shipping terms on this page and in our Shipping Policy remain authoritative.
Please inspect the shipment carefully when it arrives.
If the shipment arrives damaged or open, do not refuse the delivery unless Saunas and More has expressly instructed you to do so. Accept the shipment, take clear photographs of the packaging and visible damage, and write “Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or other delivery documentation.
Obtain a copy or photograph of the completed delivery documentation and contact us as soon as possible at sales@saunasandmore.com.
Any missing components or transit damage discovered after delivery must be reported to us within 20 days of receiving the shipment.
An unauthorized refusal of delivery does not constitute a cancellation or approved return and may make you responsible for resulting storage, rerouting, shipping and other applicable charges.
Delivery Does Not Include Installation
The freight carrier will not assemble or install your product.

Returns & Refunds
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Dundalk orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Any cancellation request must be emailed to sales@saunasandmore.com.
If your card payment has not been processed when we review your request, no cancellation charge will apply. If payment has already been processed, your refund will be reduced by a 4% card-transaction fee to cover payment-processing costs.
No Returns or Refunds After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour cancellation period, Dundalk products cannot be cancelled or returned and are non-refundable. This applies to Dundalk saunas and all other Dundalk products.
Refusing delivery is not a cancellation or approved return and may result in additional costs. Please follow the delivery instructions in the Shipping tab.
Damaged, Incomplete or Defective Products
Transit damage, missing components and product defects are handled separately from voluntary returns. Please see the Shipping tab for transit damage or missing components, and the Warranty tab for product defects and warranty claims.
